Presence check for O-ring
An assembly machine is being used to produce safety valves. To ensure that the valve functions later on, it is necessary to check whether a seal has been mounted in a groove with dimensional accuracy. An LVHT-52 laser distance sensor is used to perform a distance check for the seal. The sensor switches when the seal is inserted with dimensional accuracy.
